Your first coin is a Winged Liberty Dime also referred to as a Mercury Dime. They were minted from 1916-1945. I'm not sure if it is an error or not although it could be, I would need to see a picture of it to make sure. it's value is around .00. Your second coin is a Washington Quarter Dollar which were first minted in 1932. The year 1964 had a mintage of 560,390,585 and is worth around .00. I hope this information helps answer your question.

  1. Taiping says:

The odds are the dime was damaged outside the mint. One area on a coin cannot be struck more than once by itself. A lot od so called error coins are damaged coins. A dealer would need to see it or I would need a scan or photo’s of both sides. The quarter is 90% silver so is worth around 8 times face to a dealer. Only a mint state 1964 quarter would have a collector value and it is not much. I know not the answer you would like but there are still rare coins in circulation out there.
