Question by J0J: I am wanting to start a silver collection and I would like to know what this means?
I am interested in starting a silver collection and I have decided that my first purchase will be a bag of "junk" silver and I cannot come to a conclusion on which is the price. Can someone help!

Which is the Price? 00 or 0? What does the term Face mean and what does P* mean?
