Off center may be worth something. Show on discovery channel today (will repeat) about mispunched coin collecting.
It will take an expert, but it is likely that the copper silver dime was plated by someone. If it is thinner than a usual dime, then it might have been punched from a coin laminate that was missing one of the silver sides and would be worth something. Look for coin dealers or coin shows in your area.

Your 1985 dime is made of a copper/nickel outer layers and a copper core it is not silver. It could have been silvered plated outside the mint. It could also have been dipped in mercury. It has no collector value. The 1988 nickel depends on how much it is off center. You need a coin dealer or two on that, ones that deal in error coins. Being a little off brings little added value. Coin are struck not printed. If the nickel is off a lot, see the coin dealers or maybe a coin club in your area will help. Members are good at helping people. Hope this helps.
