Cut out most programs, cut back all unnecessary government, stop the war and save the money, reduce the IRS by 60% or better and cut back every single nickle that is not completely necessary and put that money back into the pockets of the taxpayers? Good economic stimulus or just wishful dreaming?

yes in a perfect world Government would be actually cut down, and don't be fooled when politicians say they are giving you a tax cut, what they are actually doing is cutting back the increase in taxes from like 10% to 5%, they are always growing
