Your first coin is a Winged Liberty Dime also referred to as a Mercury Dime. They were minted from 1916-1945. I'm not sure if it is an error or not although it could be, I would need to see a picture of it to make sure. it's value is around .00. Your second coin is a Washington Quarter Dollar which were first minted in 1932. The year 1964 had a mintage of 560,390,585 and is worth around .00.
