By one pound I meen 16 normal ounces. I could probably do the math myself but I would likely mess it up.

(1 lb coins)(90 lb silver / 100 lb coins) = 0.90 lb silver
(0.90 lb silver)(16 oz / lb) = 14.4 oz silver
(14.4 oz silver)(28.349523125 g / oz) = 408.233133 g silver
(408.233133 g silver)(troy oz / 31.1034768 g) = 13.125 troy oz silver
(13.125 troy oz silver)(1000 troy oz of 0.999 silver / 999 troy oz silver) ≈ 13.138 troy oz of .999 silver
